I welcome new clients with flexibility to begin their session between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Not all times are available each day. Please call for more information.
First Appointments are scheduled by phone call only.
Thereafter, schedule by phone or text message.
24 hour advance notice is required by voice call or text messagewhen canceling or rescheduling an appointment. A confirmation will be returned when your cancellation/rescheduling request is received. Please be certain that you receive that confirmation. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount is due and payable immediately, and may be charged to your credit card by phone or email invoice.Additional fees will be applied for accounts with balances not paid within one week. Future appointments will not be scheduled until the balance is paid in full.
No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount of the scheduled “missed” appointment, which is due and payable immediately, and may be charged to your credit card by phone or email invoice. Additional fees will be applied for accounts with balances not paid within one week. Future appointments will not be scheduled until account is paid in full.
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
